Mercedes-Benz released its fourth-generation A-Class small hatchback in August, 2018 with only a single variant available at the time.
The A200 was powered by a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine developing 120kW of power and 250Nm of torque, which was paired to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission to power the front axle.
The first model to be equipped with the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) infotainment system, the A200 featured satellite navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, voice recognition, smartphone mirroring and a sleek 10.25-inch high-definition touchscreen.
Physical dimensions also increased for the new-generation model, meaning more room in the rear seats, as well as more volume in the boot.
