New models - Peugeot - 308 - Touring Flex PackPeugeot releases 308 wagon packExtra value for 308 Touring, but still no stability control18 Nov 2008 PEUGEOT Automobiles Australia has boosted the value of its 308 Touring station wagon, adding a “Flex Pack” – claimed to be worth up to $1320 – to models sold before January 31, 2009, for no additional cost. The package includes a Tom Tom XL portable satellite-navigation unit and a Thule roof bar set with box or roof-mounted twin bike racks. The 308 Touring is priced from $30,590 and includes XS and XSE trim levels and petrol and diesel engines. At its launch in August, Peugeot attracted criticism for not including electronic stability control as standard across the range – it is a $450 option on XS – but found cause to include a panoramic sunroof on each model variant.
