Nissan promotes development manager
Voice of Customer program one of the drivers for Nissan to retain owners under Falvo

NISSAN Australia has appointed John-Paul Falvo as national manager of its customer, retail experience and ‘Voice of Customer’ program.
He was previously network development manager at Nissan, a post he held for almost eight years.
