Fiat Chrysler and Peugeot announce board of their new merged company8 Oct 2020 By NEIL DOWLING The merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Peugeot S.A. (Groupe PSA), resulting in the parent company Stellantis, has created a new board of 11 members with John Elkann elected chairman.
Mr Elkann was the chairman and chief executive of FCA and heads up the Agnelli family company Exor.
