Super TestCar reviews - Audi - A5 - RS5 Limited Edition coupeAudi modelsOverviewAudi RS5 debuts dynamic ride control and packs in extra value, but still no bargain12 Dec 2011 AUDI’S bahnstorming RS5 has been in Australian showrooms for just over a year and already the Ingolstadt-based brand’s local outpost has introduced a Limited Edition, with just 25 examples built in a specification and colour scheme unique to Australia. Packing in a claimed $13,610 worth of extra value with no increase to the RS5’s $175,300 sticker price, the Limited Edition heralds the debut in the RS5 of an optional sports suspension package with three-mode dynamic ride control. One criticism of the RS5 has been its kidney-bashing ride on poor surfaces and the optional suspension system should alleviate this in comfort mode, while providing sharper responses for spirited driving with dynamic mode selected. We sampled a dynamic ride control-equipped RS5 Limited Edition on track.
