Super TestCar reviews - Citroen - Xsara - VTR coupeCitroen modelsThe Car11 Apr 2002 THERE is nothing groundbreaking here - unlike Citroen of old. The Coupe's introduction early in 2001 gave us a taste of what was to come with the medium-sized C5, with the teardrop headlights lapping up over the guards, a large chrome chevron dominating the grille and appearing on the rear as well. The up-sweep of the window line is quite dramatic and sacrifices function for form because it makes the rear quite claustrophobic to sit in and almost impossible for young children to see out of. Both versions of the Coupe come standard with colour matched mirrors, bumpers and door handles. Did you know?Citroen claims the new polycarbonate lenses in the teardrop headlights provide 20 per cent more light than their predecessors on both low and high beamAll car reviewsAlfa Romeo Abarth Alpine Alpina Audi Aston Martin BMW Bentley Chevrolet Chery Citroen Chrysler Dodge Cupra Ferrari DS Ford Fiat FPV Foton GWM Great Wall Holden Haval HSV Honda Hyundai Hummer Isuzu Infiniti Jeep Jaguar Lamborghini Kia LDV Land Rover Lotus Lexus Maserati Mahindra McLaren Mazda Mercedes-Benz Mercedes-AMG Mini MG Nissan Mitsubishi Peugeot Opel Proton Porsche Renault Ram Rover Rolls-Royce Skoda Saab SsangYong Smart Suzuki Subaru Toyota Tesla Volvo Volkswagen |
