Super TestCar reviews - Suzuki - XL-7 - 5-dr wagonSuzuki modelsDash24 May 2002 THE XL-7 dash will be familiar to Grand Vitara owners, sharing the basic theme and most of the components. The instruments are housed in a large binnacle and comprise tachometer, speedometer, fuel and temperature gauges, twin trip meter and odometer - all the basic ingredients - which are presented in a simple-to-read format. A single-minded light-grey colour theme is presented across the dash and around the cabin, though charcoal grey on the dash facia and centre console break things up a little. A tray designed to hold small items like business cards is conveniently placed alongside the instrument panel underneath the broad hood.
