Sydney show: Alfa GT Coupe debuts

WHILE the beautiful Brera languished at Frankfurt airport after being damaged during transportation, Alfa Romeo was still able to whip the covers off the just-launched GT Coupe in Sydney.

Due on sale here in the third quarter of 2004, the GT will be powered by a 3.2-litre 176kW V6 similar to that of the 156 GTA, and effectively replaces that car. Expect pricing to be similar, which means close to $90,000.
