Passive features are also in abundance. All occupants are provided with a head restraint and a pretensioning three-point seatbelt. Rear outboard occupants are further protected by a head curtain airbag and a side airbag, while up front the driver and front passenger are provided with head, front and side airbags and force-limiting, height-adjustable seatbelts. A first-aid kit slots neatly into the rear armrest and a warning triangle - to be used to warn oncoming traffic in the event of a breakdown - is stowed underneath the bootlid.
