The manual transmission Twin Spark Alfa 156 has steel wheels mounted with 185/65VR15 steel belted radials. The Selespeed version gets 6.5x16 alloy wheels standard, while "Q-system" automatic uses 6.5x15 alloy wheels. The Selespeed uses 205/55VR16 tyres while 205/55VR15 tyres are fitted to the Q-system auto. The 156 uses a full-size spare wheel.
