Super TestCar reviews - Honda - HR-V - 5-dr wagonHonda modelsWhat's Changed13 Feb 2001 By BRUCE NEWTON ALONG with the five-door's extra 100mm in length and wheelbase, the longer HR-V also comes with two new paint colours. Rear passengers now also benefit from heater ducts for the back seats. Unlike earlier three-door models, the five-door has two rear head restraints, while the blue interior trim theme remains, albeit in a darker shade. Net pockets are provided in the rear parcel tray and the rear bench seat split-folds 50/50 both forwards, for loading long items, and rearward, into a makeshift 'camp' bed if required. The dash layout in the five-door is revised slightly with the repositioning of the external mirror switchgear providing better ergonomics.
