Super TestCar reviews - Honda - HR-V - 5-dr wagonHonda modelsSteering13 Feb 2001 By BRUCE NEWTON HR-V uses conventional power-assisted rack and pinion steering. The system features a compact rotary valve for sensitivity to hydraulic pressure control. The amount of power assistance is automatically controlled in accordance with the front wheels' resistance to steering force. This helps with positive steering feeling, linear steering response and straight-line stability. Turns lock to lock measure 2.75 and the turning circle is a reasonable 10.0 metres. Did you know?Perhaps it is the controversial styling or its big sticker price, but HR-V has not sold as well as Honda chiefs predicted at its launch in January, 1999All car reviewsAlfa Romeo Abarth Alpine Alpina Audi Aston Martin BMW Bentley Chevrolet Chery Citroen Chrysler Dodge Cupra Ferrari DS Ford Fiat FPV Foton GWM Great Wall Holden Haval HSV Honda Hyundai Hummer Isuzu Infiniti Jeep Jaguar Lamborghini Kia LDV Land Rover Lotus Lexus Maserati Mahindra McLaren Mazda Mercedes-Benz Mercedes-AMG Mini MG Nissan Mitsubishi Peugeot Opel Proton Porsche Renault Ram Rover Rolls-Royce Skoda Saab SsangYong Smart Suzuki Subaru Toyota Tesla Volvo Volkswagen |
