Super TestCar reviews - Holden - Cruze - 5-dr wagonHolden modelsResearch Holden Luggage26 Sep 2002 By BRUCE NEWTON FLIP up the one-piece rear door - which can be opened via the press button on the door itself or the key fob - and you are confronted with ... not very much when it comes to luggage space. That's not such a drama if you work on this being a two-person car when you want to load it up to go shopping or away, with the rear area reserved for storage. But while the rear seats 50:50 split-fold, crucially they do not also tumble forward, instead sitting humped up in the middle of the luggage area. This is inconvenient if trying to load a mountain bike, which at best will have to go in sideways with its front wheel off. Yes, the cargo area is carpeted, but not by anything you'd want to lay down in your house.
