The speedo is marked in numerals by 20km/h increments and the tacho in 1000rpm increments. Symbols are in white on a dark grey background. Supporting instrumentation includes a tripmeter, gear indicator in the automatic version and a trip computer. Small dials show engine temperature and fuel tank volume. The hood is of surprisingly hard plastic considering it's a Volvo, which generally have soft touch interior coverings. The steering wheel, which is trimmed in leather, includes audio, trip, optional telephone and cruise controls.
