MAZDA'S medium-size 626 was subjected to a minor update during 1999, adopting corporate styling signatures seen in cars like the new MPV people mover. Work was also put into improving the dynamics, with better steering response and lower interior noise levels. There's also more equipment, reinforcing the 626's claim to being a top value proposition in its segment. At the end of the day it's still a bland car though.
