The '98 facelift brought a new front bumper design which incorporates a single bar grille and multi-parabola headlights. From the rear, the Mirage received a revised rear combination lamp treatment. The name 'Mirage' was branded across the tail gate and the rear windscreen wiper became standard. Three new external colours were added to the range: Iris Blue, Nares Blue and Timber Green.
