The new colours are Simpson Red, Pacific Blue and Storm Grey. Prado RV and GXL have retained a vertical black grille, with minor changes, while the Grande and VX models have a horizontal-bar chrome grille. Prado GXL, VX and Grande have front fog lamps as standard equipment. VX and Grande have a new three-spoke alloy wheel design. Exterior changes at the rear include new clear combination lamp lenses and a black-on-white rear name badge. All models have a new, easier-to-read three-dial instrument layout with electronic odometer, new seat material and improved door trims.
