Future models - Kia - CV7First look: Kia's daring KV7 for DetroitKia previews a space-aged people-mover concept, the KV7, ahead of its Detroit debut24 Dec 2010 KIA has lifted the lid on a futuristic people-mover vehicle concept ahead of its global public debut at teh Detroit motor show on January 10. In the brief press release that accompanied this single image, Kia Motors said its design-led transformation has resulted in production vehicles – such as the Soul, Cerato Koup and Sportage – "that bear a very close resemblance to the original concept designs that preceded them". We wouldn't dare to suggest the daring KV7 concept previews the look of Kia's next-generation Carnival, which remains Australia's top-selling people-mover but is well overdue for replacement - but stranger things have happended. "At the 2011 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Kia will make another dramatic design statement with the world debut of an all-new, convention-challenging concept vehicle named KV7," said Kia.
