Honda will welcome some minor updates for its Odyssey people-mover, with a tweaked front fascia and privacy glass for the rear windows. Isofix child seat anchorage points will also be added for the second row seats.

Honda revealed an all-new Odyssey at the 2003 Tokyo show, and it’s due on sale here in mid-2004. The third-generation Odyssey has an 80mm-lower roof, 5mm greater headroom and a lower centre of gravity. Expect a 118kW/220Nm 2.4-litre i-VTEC base engine with seven-speed CVT gearbox, for under $50,000.
