Maserati will give its Ghibli large sedan a model-year refresh in February, updating pricing, tweaking styling and introducing the GranSport and GranLusso trim levels previously available on other Maserati models.

Subaru has given its Liberty a mid-life update, with a host of upgrades to the 2.5-litre boxer petrol engine for improved drivability and fuel efficiency, upgraded exterior and interior styling, and a handful of safety technology additions across the range.

Volkswagen will expand its Golf GTI range with a new three-door variant called the GTI Original. When the German hot hatch arrives in January it will become a permanent member of the Golf family, and will be priced from $37,490 plus on-road costs.

Model: 5008
Peugeot aims to reinvigorate the brand’s position in Australia, launching the new 5008 as a highly-specified, premium seaven-seater. The mid-size SUV will start at $42,990 plus on-road costs.
Model: Outback
Subaru has given its all-wheel-drive wagon a mid-life facelift that includes minor styling changes and added technology such as lane-keep assist and improved connectivity. Pricing will remain unchanged at $36,240 plus on-road costs for the entry-level petrol Outback 2.5i.
Model: GranCabrio
The new GranCabrio will be available in two variants; Sport and MC, available before on-road costs at $335,000 and $355,000 respectively.
Model: GranTurismo
The revised GranTurismo offers updated styling and a new 8.4-inch infotainment system, with pricing starting at $295,000 plus on-roads for the Sport variant, and $345,000 for the top-spec MC variant.
