BYD Dolphin is one of the cheapest EVs available at sub-$40K not including rebates. Base model Dynamic rocks a 44.9kWh battery and 70kW/180Nm electric motor giving a range of 340km (WLTP). Dolphin Premium scores a larger battery, more power and longer range, costs more. Stand by for a Sport model.

Released: Sep 2023

The penultimate 2.0-litre bi-turbo diesel Ranger, Wildtrak X has a serious off-road focus boasting special Bilstein dampers, 30mm wider track, 26mm more ground clearance Ford’s Trail Control and Trail Turn Assist tech is fitted, A/T tyres, distinctive grille, matrix LED headlights and B&O audio.
