Released: May 2016

BMW will expand their plug-in hybrid range when the 330e arrives in late May. It will team a four-cylinder engine with an electric motor capable of a pure electric range of 40km.

Model: Cerato

Released: May 2016

Kia's Cerato sedan will receive a facelift for its launch in Australia in the first quarter of 2016. Changes to front and rear exterior styling and interior tweaks are apparent, however it is not yet known what performance changes will be made, if any.

Model: A4 - Avant

Released: May 2016

The wagon versions of Audi's new B9 A4 are set to arrive in the second quarter 2016. The hot S4 will be one of the models to receive an Avant version.

Model: C63 - S Coupe

Released: May 2016

The second iteration of Mercedes-AMG's C-Class coupe lobbed in May, sporting a 350kW/700Nm 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8. Priced at $162,400, it will go toe to toe with the BMW M4 and Audi RS5.

Model: X5 - xDrive40e

Released: May 2016

BMW's first plug-in hybrid X5 arrives in Australia in May. It uses a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine paired with a 15.4kWh electric motor.

Make: Ferrari

Model: GTC4Lusso

Released: May 2016

Ferrari renamed its FF four-seater to GTC4Lusso ahead of its Australian debut in May 2016, bringing with it an update over the old model. Under the bonnet, the GCT4Lusso's 6.3-litre naturally aspirated 65-degree V12 has 22 more kW and 14 extra Nm, taking output to 507kW and 697Nm.

Model: C-Class - Coupe

Released: May 2016

Mercedes-Benz will release the new-generation of its C-Class coupe in April. The swoopy coupe carries similar front end styling to that of its four-door sedan sibling, while the tail end features a look similar to its larger S-Class Coupe sibling.

Released: May 2016

Mahindra updated its XUV500 SUV range in May, bringing with it an automatic transmission for the first time in Australia. Priced from $29,990 driveaway, it will be looking to carve out a piece of the lucrative mid-sized SUV segment.
