Model: QX30

Released: Sep 2016

Japanese premium brand Infiniti will debut its small crossover, the QX30, in the second half of 2016. Few technical details have been revealed but it is likely to closely follow the specification of its lower-riding twin, the Q30.

Model: A4 - Allroad

Released: Sep 2016

Audi will release the second generation of its A4 Allroad soft-roader wagon in September, adding 34mm of ride height and a tougher exterior over the recently-released A4 Avant wagon. It will be offered with a 2.0-litre diesel four-cylinder engine.

Model: H6 Coupe

Released: Sep 2016

Haval's mid-sized H6 Coupe arrives Down Under in the second quarter 2016. It will launch with a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine, with a turbo-diesel variant to come later.

Model: NSX

Released: Sep 2016

Honda will return to the supercar arena with a hybrid-powered NSX supercar that will serve as spiritual successor to the 1990s original that was developed with the help of F1 ace Ayrton Senna. On the concept unveiled at the 2012 Detroit show a 230kW 3.5-litre V6 combined with a 30kW electric motor to drive the rear wheels through Honda’s first seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Model: IONIQ

Released: Sep 2016

Hyundai will release an all-new trio of petrol-electric hybrids in the third quarter 2016. It will pair a 1.6-litre petrol engine with an electric motor that can put out 32kW/170 Nm on its own.

Model: SLC

Released: Sep 2016

Mercedes-Benz's replacement for the SLK, called the SLC, arrives in Australia in June 2016. It will be headlined by a 3.0-litre bi-turbo V6 Mercedes-AMG SLC43.

Released: Sep 2016

The convertible version of McLaren's 675LT supercar arrives Down Under in the second half of 2016. It is likely to carry a premuim over the hefty $657,000 pricetag of the coupe version.

Released: Sep 2016

Mazda will give its Mazda6 mid-size sedan a light refresh in September. The latest update introduces more changes to the cabin and some improvements to noise, vibration and harshness (NVH), but no styling tweaks.

Released: Sep 2016
